Working system of carbon certificates enabling Dutch fibre-crop growers to receive financial reward for long-term CO2 sequestration. Incentive needed for low-margin annual fibre crops to reach 50,000 ha by 2030. LNV will run pilots in 2024 with a fibre-crop stimulation fund where carbon credits play a key role.
